Keo Arcana

Whispered amongst the witches of Thauma are the rumors of a mysterious warlock with no coven and no morals.
Covens gossip about the man who has an air of superiority about him... but also danger.

"Have you heard... of the warlock without a coven?"
"The one who walks downtown at night? With all the layers of black? He looks homeless sometimes-"
"Don't laugh! Yes! That's Keo Arcana... you know he's a shade, right?"
"A shade?"
"A shadow person. A poltergeist of sorts! He can blend into the shadows and teleport. Some say he can even fly! It's why his eyes are red!"
"I heard his birth eyes are grey-blue and that they're now red because of his noir magic... doesn't he absorb the supernatural essence of other witches?"
"That's what I've heard! He's killed 2 of his past lovers doing that! That's also how he's lived so long!"
"Lived so long? Isn't he in his mid to late 20s?"
"So he appears! He's actually been alive for centuries!"
"No way... well I guess, if you live off basically sucking the life out of other witches... it must be possible."
"And that's only part of his magic! Have you seen the deck of cards he carries around? They're always in a fancy velvet pouch at his hip!"
"Oh! The tarot cards! I just thought he played with them for the heck of it..."
"No! His family magic is said to be astrological. His deck calls upon not just the Major and Minor Arcana... but mythological deities tied to them!"
"Oh... that's terrifying..."
"You're telling me! He can practically summon GODS."
"And... he doesn't have a coven?"
"Nope... many have tried to recruit him. He's turned them down. And... if they persist... well... they aren't around anymore..."
"With no coven... his power could be limitless... uncontrollable, even!"
"Exactly! A friend of mine... saw his power. It's ridiculous! The cards float around him- sometimes even forming a barrier to protect him!"
"What if... someone takes the cards away... then what other harm can he do?"
"No one knows! They say he hasn't used the cards long... but no one has ever seen him practice magic without them. His noir magic is unknown outside of the sapping life bit..."
"Someone with all this unlimited abilities... I can see why a coven wants him...And I can see why he refuses them-"
"Shut your mouth! Someone will hear you!"
"I'm sorry! I just... if I was in his position... I wouldn't want to share that with a whole coven either..."
"I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that... but if I did, I'd say... that's fair but it's still not right. He uses it for evil. He's EVIL."

Keo Arcana is an evil, life-sucking, immortal warlock who can summon gods and demons.
He needs tied down or destroyed at all costs.

Keo has an undercut hair cut that's long on top and typically always in a ponytail.
He has a lip piercing on the right side that connects to his stretched right ear tunnel by a chain. His left ear is also stretched. Both ears have a second smaller piercing above the stretched tunnels.
He has red eyes and usually smoky makeup.
His usual attire consists of baggy dark clothes in layers with accessories of silver- typically chains, studs, and spikes; his staple jewelry being a ton of rings and always including 1 particular pendent necklace. He loves to wear cardigans or jackets with hoods. His shoes range from a variety of boots.
